[Bonetools] "linen smoother"?

Dear all,
There are ethnographically attested cases of cattle mandibles being
used as linen smoothers in Norway in addition to the glass smoothers
mentioned in your letter. So there is no objection to bone per se being
used this way. The actually form is unknown to me. I have images somewhere
if anyone is interested.
