[Bonetools] strange artefact

Dear Christian,
These toggles (or different variants of them) are quite common in Israel
and around it in Roman, Byzantine and Islamic periods. However, they are
sometimes found as early as the Middle Bronze Age (1800-1500BCE).
Image one is from MB City of David, published in Qedem 30 (1990).
The other two Images are also from the City of David, but dated to the
Byzantine and Early Islamic.
I know you can find two-three examples from many sites like Caesarea,
Ashkelon, Alexandria and other.
