[Bonetools] odd antler object

Dear colleagues,
    These images were sent to me of an antler object from late antique
Stobi (AD 6th c.) in Macedonia. Does anyone have  clue what it is? I wonder
if it may be a componant part of a horizontal loom or somehow something to
do with a musical instrument. I have certainly never seen anything like it
at Aquincum.
