[Bonetools] bone pectoral cross

My thanks to Catherine for explaining that Richard's book deals only with metal crosses, and this
is partly of course because we simply don't have any of bone or antler. One question for Dave: is
it definitely a suspension loop, or is it an indented shaft to allow the cross to be set in a
composite object ? It certainly looks like a suspension loop but the photograph isn't completely
clear.
