[Bonetools] new paper

Dear Idoia, I added your paper to the reference list, please check it.

And dear other colleagues, it is now over a year since I started uploading
references on the typology page, and so far haven't received any critics
nor comments. I haven't done as much as I intended, since I had extremely
long excavation seasons, but now I am at home and perhaps you may suggest
me some addings and corrections? Especially if you have some of your own
work that I haven't included yet.
