[Bonetools] new paper

Thanks for this - I am endlessly fascinated by these objects. Here in
Hungary we are getting more and more of these things from medieval and
early modern contexts made on the ugliest bones such as Bos or Equid pelvis
or mandible! They are not yet published. Naturally now that we recognie
them we also find them!
