[Bonetools] new publication

Dear Etan,
      The people at the museum are not Phoenician merchants for sure. They
looked positively startled when I suggested that they might sell the book.
but anyway, I will buy a bunch of the books and send them to my friends.
However, at the moment I am going wacko with baby stuff and will be until a
couple of weeks after the birth when hopefully life will re-develop a
rhythmn of some sort.
