[Bonetools] Serbia meeting in 2014 vs. UISPP

Dear colleagues,
I was thinking about ICAZ - although I must admit I totally forgot about
UISPP. And I also heard comments about August being more acceptable than
September. Luckily, there is still plenty of time to set the date. Please,
do not hestitate to comment what suits you and what is incovenient.
