[Bonetools] 10th WBRG Meeting in Beograd

Dear Selena, dear Alice,

first of all thanks to you, Selena, for being so watchful. I have  
changed the year of the date of the 10th meeting in Beograd on the  
News page of the WBRG website into 2014.

However Alice, I just took the information from the WBRG Working  
Group Report in the recent ICAZ Newsletter (volume 12, no. 2, page 8).
