Perhaps it's too thick and short to be a [hair pin]? possibly a stylus?
As for the dice, keep in mind their connection to luck, so why not carve
it on an object, like a hamsa (hand palm) and many other symbols?

	Dear all,

A question from a German colleague.
This object is 6,6 cm long, diameter of the shaft is 0,4 cm. The
dice are circa 0,6 x 0,7 cm.

Has anyone of you seen such a piece before, or has any other
information?

	With best wishes,
	Marloes
