[Bonetools] Phallanx whistle

Dear Boris, I have checked several reports and dissertations from
Formative and Middle Horizon contexts for this tool, but found
nothing. Unfortunately, the picture didn't come with your message but
perhaps you could send it directly to me. I have looked at a number of
later periods bone assemblages (from the LH of Tiwanaku, and from
Pachacamac) and don't remember seeing a perforated second phalanx.
But, there are a lot of trimmed, polished Phal 1.
Can you make it whistle? I would be very interested in linking such a
whistle to herding the llamas.
