[Bonetools] updates WBRG-website

Dear colleagues,

I have now updated the WBRG-website and included all the new  
information talked upon at the recent WBRG-meeting in Salzburg.

These are in particular:

All information about the Salzburg meeting including programme and  
abstracts, poster, conference picture and information about the  
upcoming publication. See
