[Bonetools] seeking refs on seasonal bone & antler tool construction

Dear Amy,

In the Arctic, recently shed caribou antler seems to be preferred, and as in some other parts of the world, antler is used for tools even in the near absence of bone. I’ve attached an article that touches on some of these questions,
