I managed to download and open it okay.
Thanks for the paper Etan - I have a student looking at gaming pieces at the 
moment for an undergrad project so I will email it straight on to her.

Etan - I just sat down to look at your astragalus and lo and behold - the  file 
was damaged and couldn't be opened. Could you re-send a new copy.
