Dear Olivier,
Are the edges of the hole at all worn or does it seem as if the
object was prepared for the funerary ceremony? The phalange seems to come
from a rather old and decrepit individual. Are there any parallels between
the age and health conditonss of the deceased and this old, somewhat
crippled (exotoses on the body of the phalange) bovid?
