[Bonetools] Antler artefact - Early Thule Context

Good morning,

Two pieces of worked antler were recovered from digs on Nuvuk Island, in an
Early Thule context (see pictures attached). Would anyone know the function
of these objects or recall similar objects from their personal experience?

Holes were executed with a bow drill.
