Subject: Re: [Bonetools] bone projectiles points
Finnish archaeologists had a paper about experiments with bone arrowheads at
WBRG Tallinn meeting in 2003. They published this article in Acta Borealia:
Ikdheimo, J. P., Joona, J.-P. & Hietala, M. 2004. Wretchedly poor, but
amazingly practical: archaeological and experimental evidence on the bone
arrowheads of the Fenni. Acta Borealia, 21. Nordic Journal of Circumpolar
Societies, 320.

from Early and Middle Neolithic sites in Serbia in my Phd - but still
unpublished, although I posted a photo of one projectile point with animal
head from Donja Branjevina here on the bonetools list some months ago. If
you need those as well, I may send you my dissertation - but you are
probably not that crazy, since it is in Serbian.
