Similar antlers disks are not very numerous but are known in the Alpine
Middle Bronze Age. They have generally a diameter about 10 cm and a small
central perforation.
If Imola think it looks like objects attached in pdf, I can send the
documentation.

This is a really strange antler disk - I find the lack of holes a bit odd
althou it may just be a large button or decoration or class attachement. The
ornamentation is typical for the MBA in thos region.

Dear Alice Choyke,
my name is Imola Kelemen, I am an archaeozoologist in Csíkszereda,
Transilvania. I got your email address from the zooarch list, I hope it's
not a problem. We have met before, on a few of the Visegrád Meetings but you
probably don't remember me, we didn't quite talk...
I was advised to turn to you with a problem I have, I really hope you can
help me. An archaeologist friend of mine is working on the discoveries from
a Middle Bronze Age site in Tilişca, Transilvania (Sibiu County) and they
have found a bone disc there, worked, ornamented and we can't seem to find
any analogies for it, especially from the Middle Bronze Age.
If you don't mind, I attached a picture/drawing of the disc to this mail for
you to check out. I hope it is not to much trouble for you, but if you can
think of an analogy for it, I would be much grateful if you could share it
with me.
Thank you very much in advance!
All the best,
Imola
