Here are some modern examples (none made from bone, but plastic often seems to
be a substitute for bone when dealing with needlework technology).  Search for
card weaving" rather than "tablet weaving" and you'll vind similar tools.

If you explore the general catalog you can find a number of bone, horn, or
composite bone/steel needlework tools that are still commercially made 
and sold
in the U.S.
