[Bonetools] bone gambling pieces, dice, etc

I was about to recommend you Culin's book but  I did not remember the full 
reference.
I was expecting to check it out on the institute library tomorrow but Kate 
was faster than I !
In any case, we have it at our library if it could be of any help
