[Bonetools] long bone combs

Hi Marloes,
As I think we discussed, they do not seem to occur in the British
Isles, or are at least very rare. The closest we have are the
Iron-Age long-handled combs; see work by Tina Tuohy. Arthur MacGregor
notes their rarity in the UK in his 1985 book.
