[Bonetools] bone with holes

Am I right with human *femur* ?

What a pity that both "ends" are fresh broken ! Can't you find the 
missing pieces ? It would make the significant document twice the 
length. (a very good opportunity for an explanation which I dont dare to 
tell).

The holes are drilled trought the whole bone /corpus/, as can be seen on 
view 2, on the "meridian" at 8,5 cm, and this explains that some 
apertures (in fact, the half of them) began from the medular surface of 
the marrow chamber. And some of these holes are not completely drilled 
through, such as, fig. 1, at 6,5 cm 7,3 (with ??), 8 cm, and 12,6 (with 
?) ( what means that the drilling occured mainly from the opposite side 
of the femur). Can you check these imperfect piercings, looking at what 
is diametrally opposite (:the entrances) ?

A view with little broaches (greek "slouviakias") through theses holes 
would be appreciate.

And make a "déroulé, a drawing with every holes, as you would made the 
periost flat on a paper.
