[Bonetools] rectangular headed bone pins

I agree with Jim; these compare well with the Roman pins I've seen in
MacGregor's and Crummy's books.

I'd be very grateful for pointers to published pins like these two from
Yorkshire.  They are both bone and the dark one may have been charred.
