[Bonetools] Bronze Age bone tools

Dear Pam,
This is going to be a really short (and therefore very difficult
article to write) for an encyclopedia on the European bronze Age being
published by Oxford and organized by Anthony Harding. It will be part of a
larger chapter on technology written with Jo Soafer (Southhampton) among
others. Noelle Provenzano will be writng an article together comparing our
two areas for the Wroclav volume which will probably be more useful.
