Dear Noami,
similar picks I know from Swiss lake dwellings (Site Twann) dated 
between 3800-3500 BC. They are normaly made of crown tines. They are not 
very numerous. Published in German in:
Suter, P.J. 1981: Die Hirschgeweihartefakte der Cortaillod-Schichten. 
Die neolithischen Ufersiedlungen von Twann, Bd. 15. Bern 1981.
