[Bonetools] WBRG-website update

Dear Colleen,
     I should have attended to this problem years ago but I thought I was
the only one getting two copies as mailing list administrator - honestly.
Give me one strong and uninterrupted day and I will contact the server
people and ask what button I need to push to stop the double mailings.
