[Bonetools] A Roman mount???

I know a very close, quite identical parallel, but, before going further, I
would like to know whether that piece has been found in an official
excavation, is in a museum, what kind of collection, etc.
Sorry to be a little late, I was on vacation on the countryside (Auxerre,
Burgundy).
