[Bonetools] bone tool of the month

Because of the porosity of the surface, especially on the edge, I would
agree with whale bone. However, I am not very experienced with sea mammal
bone identification. We only have fish in the Danube. It definitely does not
look like antler to me. Is the surface good or is it somewhat weathered?
