Dear all,

First of all, I would like to apologise for not having expressed my
opinion about the publication of the Nanterre proceedings earlier. After
ten years in Portugal I have moved back to Spain last week to start
working for the Spanish Council of Scientific Research. For that reason
also I missed the Wroclaw meeting and the exchange of e-mails regarding
the publication issue.

I thought that at the end of the Nanterre meeting it was agreed that all
papers were going to be peer-reviewed and since most of the
presentations were done in English that would be the language for the
publication.

Over the last years I have participated in other ICAZ working groups
meetings and in general, those were the rules followed. The editors, of
course, were always the organizers of the meeting.

I don't like the idea of an electronic publication. I think a hard copy
publication in BAR or its equivelent should be done pretty soon. We
cannot afford to have papers "in press" for years and years. It is not
good for our CVs and it weakens the working group.

Best regards,

Marta
