[Bonetools] Publication Nanterre

Dear Isabelle, dear colleagues,

I am bit twisted about these publication options. On one hand I  
prefer a printed publication, but as Christian already mentioned, the  
option of a free online publication allows better access and a wider  
distribution, which is good. Why not both options?

As my French is very bad I would like my paper to be published in  
English. Of course, I would not mind a bilingual version, but this is  
even more work than an English volume. If the editors regulations are  
indeed so strict, why not change the editor?
