Dear Christian,
this is a bone knife a well known form in Swiss lake dwelling 
settlements. These bone knifes (see picture of my lecture) are more 
frequent  especially during a period between late 5th and first half of 
4th mellenium BC. Often they are made of ribs from cattle or res deer 
but there are also some examples made of different long bones like 
femur, tibia, etc.
