[Bonetools] passing on information

Dear Bone tool colleagues, 

	It has been pointed out to me that some of the messages from the 
bone tool list have been copied and passed on to other people outside the 
list. This in itself is a GOOD thing but we should all take care that other 
people's personal e-mail addresses are not made public without their 
permission. We should all try and be cautious about broadcasting other 
people's e-mails by accident.
