Dear Erika,
It's a bit out of the search area but we have found many wild boar and pig
mandibles in the Bronze Age Copper Mine at Great Orme in Wales (despite not
having any other animal mandibles). Usually not made into anything, but
often the tusks are found separately, sometimes at the end of tunnels and
have been suggested as 'closing deposits'.
