[Bonetools] Musical Instruments in Prehistory

Dear George, I don't have any concrete example of musical instruments  
from Britain to give, but I know that Denis Ramseyer is directing  
(and finishing) a book focusing on bone musical instruments as  
flutes, whistles, and others in Europe. He may have things for you
