[Bonetools] Change in bonetools mailing list address

Dear Cristian,
     I have gotten several letters from the server written in incomprehensible
Hungarian because all the Hungarian letters appear in aski code making
everything a big jumble. Only Laszlo can unscramble the text on a Hungarian
speaking computer. However, you are quite correct that I need to change the
address on the ICAZ site. Thanks for the reminder.
