[Bonetools] SEM work on bones

Dear Sian!
The university of Vienna has an atmospheric  SEM especially designed for 
archaeological objects (no sputtering, a big chamber). With M.Kucera (a 
physiscist) we did some promising photographs of worn surfaces of 
mandible skates. The main experiences as for optimal results, however, 
until now have been collected from metal and textile objects. You could 
contact him (matthias.kucera at univie.ac.at); he will be back in office by 
early december, or M.Mehofer( Mathias.Mehofer at univie.ac.at), the 
archaeologist in charge of the machine, for details.
