[Bonetools] SEM work on bones

Dear Sian,
    You should look at two of the articles in The Crafting Bone volume 
(WBRG Budapest meeting) BAR 2001 (eds. Choyke and Bartosiewicz).  
The volume is not here at home so I cannot give the exact references. One 
is by Antipina on Late Bronze Age mining tools from Southern Russia and 
the other is the article by Griffinn  and Bonsall on Mesolithic tools for 
harvesting cockles. Someone must have the volume. I can copy the articles 
for you if all esle fails.
