[Bonetools] bird ulnae flutes

Dear all,

I would be grateful for references and other information about 
archaeological and ethnographic finds of bone flutes made from bird 
ulnae, particularly from crane (Grus spec.) from the Mediterranean, Asia 
Minor and Central Asia.
