For some reason I cannot download the information on the website, do you have a pdf file of the relevant information that I could consult? This year I am not working at the university but I have a sabbatical at a research centre and can most easily be contacted at : A.vanGijn at NIAS.KNAW.NL . 
In principle I would very much like to come, and will also submit a title and abstract.
