Dear Jean Marc,
     I'll get on this nextweek. Just one question about how this bank transfer 
works. I should send the bank transfer and the subscrition form separately. 
How are your publishers going to connect the two things? These banking 
money things without the aid of credit cards or local bamking checks is 
obscure.
