Dear Alice,

I am writing to inform you that we have found a serious financial mistake in Circullar II. According to our preliminary calculations the conference dinner was supposed to be from 10 to 15 euro and to be included in the conference fee (50 euro). But after you have changed the prices Peter and I did not notice that a participation fee of 30 and 10 USD would be impossible to cover the organization expenses, what about conference dinner.
You know that our budget is based only on participation fee and we should cover from it coffee-breaks, programs, stationary and so on, as well as correspondence before and after the conference. (Since May, when we applied to Winner-Gren foundation I am covering all the expenses so far and it is getting harder since my salary is under 100 euro and I do not have free access to internet). Petar believes that we can find a sponsor for the dinner and we'll definitely try but I prefer to be honest with the participants and not to promise what is beyond our possibilities.

I've decided to write personally to all who have shown interest, and to ask them excuse us, but to have in mind that the dinner will be paid separately from the conference fee. It will be 10-15 euro depending on the number of participants. I rely on your rich experience with organizing such events and advice me what would be the best thing to do in this case.

PS. It's even more difficult for me because I still have problems with my English and I often have to use the help of friends:)) I am also in debt to prof. Popkonstantinov and the Director of AIM-V.Turnovo for the support. They helped me to send some of the invitation letters.
