Dear Alice,
I can't help you with information about archaeological bone tools from
Africa, but the tradition of working bones to all kinds of things is
obviously very vivid in Africa today. There are some pics of modern
african worked bones on my website and some links where you may get
further informations about the modern handicrafts. There are also a few
informations about archaeological bone tool finds from the Canaries.
