Dear colleagues,
        The webmaster just sent me information about any candidate pictures
you send for the front page of our website:
About the pictures you are collecting: Are you aware of the fact, that they
shouldn't be too big, actually quite small if 13 of them should fit on the
first page? Depending on the screen resolution one uses they shouldn't
be bigger than 60x60 pixels (screen resolution 600x800 pixels) or maybe
80x80/90x90 for a higher resolution.

        So I hope that clears up everything (not for me but I am sure I will
learn).
