Dear Colleagues,
This is just to let all of you know that the hardy copy and CD of
the Proceedings has finally arrived at BAR after a ten day delay as
the result of strikes in northern England. It is out of my hands now
but I have good hopes for the book's speedy printing. I will keep you
posted.
