I didn´t manage to join your group last year although I had intended to.
I was already on your mailing list but after I had told you that we should not be able to come, I  followed the instructions to get off your mailing list. However I didn´t succeed and mails continue to drop in and now lately  people have been asking for how to join your list.
Could you please lift my name off the list !! All good wishes

Dear Colleagues,
        My apologies. I sent a letter in all innocence to a colleague
asking for information on the WRBG without noticing that she had
somehow managed to use the e-mail address of the group. I do not
actually understand how this is possible since it is, in theory, a
closed list. People can only be added to it and use it if I put them on
it  (this is to prevent ill-intentioned jokes etc. from outsiders).
Hopefully, this problem can be rectified. Sorry for making more
mess on your systems.
