I will be out of town

Dear Colleagues,
        To all those who have not yet sent your contributions: I will be
out of town for the next week so do not be alarmed if you do not
receive an immediate acknowledgment that I have received either
the text or images from you. To those who have turned in their
articles already; I will be taking some of these contributions along
with me for editing work to make sure that this volume will be
published on time as advertised. I should be back on line after the
14th.
