To Whom it may Concern,

While I received no complaints about the functioning of the mailing list,
some of you may have had problems reaching my direct address. Many
servers (esp. in the US and Israel) seem to be so-called open relays,
blacklisted as sources of SPAM, non-desirable junk mail automatically
rejected by our server.

Our postmaster asked me to direct attention to anti SPAM information
on the

www.orbs.org

address, that may help your operators making the servers acceptable
to our machine as well. It is apparently not too difficult to have
yourselves removed from the ORBS black list.
