     Dear Alice

Thank you for your e-mail re language for the conference - not sure
which language you are proposing - is a word missing from your
message? Obviously I would prefer English, I don't speak
Hungarian...and your English is obviously good. When I have organised
International Meetings, we have used English as the main medium for
communication but have tried to include a pre-print of the paper in
the speaker's own language. This might help?? People could bring the
copies with them to the meeting to save hassle for the organisers.

I hope that this is of some assistance.

I hope very much to attend the meeting.

     Colleen

A question has been raised concerning the language the conference
will be held in. Having everything would obviously be easiest for me
and for the widest communication but I am open to suggestions
because I do not want to traumatize anyone.
I would be interested in your comments on this point.
